BMO Harris Bank: Kohl’s Flex Campaign
Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based client M&I Bank had been acquired by BMO Harris Bank. Participation rates in an important healthcare employee benefit program the bank was managing for Kohl’s Department Stores was down among Kohl’s 102,000 employees. BMO’s Benefit Services Department, which manages the program, turned to GS to rebrand it and boost participation with an award-winning multi-channel campaign. Rates rose 35% in the first year alone and the campaign’s fresh new look promised ongoing results for future iterations.
